NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE Unless you understand computer code, or have very up-to-date everything, expect to spend at least two or three hours navigating through the tutorials and computer language lessons to get this service up and running on your devices. The customer service was right there, no doubt about that, but that's the only reason for the second star. I wish they would be up front and honest about how complicated it is for the average non-techie to deal with, but no, all they want is your money, and they'll surely hold on to it for ten days when you request a refund. Skip this b.s. and just pay for the stupid Netflix subscription. It'll be cheaper in the long-run after spending all your time trying to hopelessly figure this out, then ending up having to buy a new tv after all. This is the second VPN company I tried dealing with. The first one couldn't even process my payment for some reason they couldn't figure out.
