very pathetic support and never gussed they are so money minded that the reason they are coming with are we never gurantee any thing with purchase. refer to our terms only reply you get from support. Support mean to help customers and not push them out. This support guy ended chat becuase he has not any answers and it sounds Norvpn is cheating customers with very low service . I would therfore strongly advise not but this cheap, time wasting ,low customer support service and wont get in to trouble, It is basically a trash not say least.
