Very easy to setup and begin using the VPN. When a problem arises and I contact Nord staff for assistance through live chat the wait time is short and the staff are responsive and helpful. The one thing I did notice is to change to a different server in the same country was not intuitive and suggest that the country being used is placed at the top of the list for quick access if a server change is desired within a geographic location.
