One of the worst VPNs ever used. I live in China and use them on a daily basis. Astrill is the best. ExpressVPN makes its job, but sometimes gets taken down. But NordVPN... just never works in China. You are lucky getting it up a couple of times for a short period of time. Not only the product itself is bad, but the service is also really poor. The 14 days claim money-back guarantee is a false offer. I tried to contact support multiple times, and never got a reply from them.

Cumple con la función a la que va destinado, la velocidad de navegación es buena. La única pega, que no se puede desconectar del VPN, temporalmente, sin que se pierda la conexión a internet, si uno quiere navegar a de estar conectado a la fuera a NordVPN. Al menos, yo no encontrado la posibilidad de hacerlo.

Total Scam - I paid for 3 years of service. Can no longer log into the app on Desktop after updating. Can log into the website, have tried resetting password several times. I'm copying and pasting the exact same password as the website, their app must just be broken or have a bug.

I have been using Nord VPN for more than 3 years and it was really good but since they started aggressively macerating their 3 year plan for price of 1 year their service and speed is gradually going down hill only. It appears they have too many clients and not enough servers and bandwith. Speed is hit and miss and if you connect to your local local server its is ok but if you local server is far away then speed is really slow. China - NordVPN does not work in China at all but i was able to use Google, YouTube and other social media without much difficulty by using SIM card from my country without connecting to VPN. Connection issues - NordVPN and Norton Anti Virus or Firewall is a very bad combination as Norton will pop up many times. NordVPN works ok with Kaperskey. Sometimes NordVPN will not connect to my local servers. Fake IP address - Sometimes NordVPN shows one IP address when connected but when I check IP address test it shows different IP address. Customer service on average takes about 3 to 7 days response time but sometime they will not directly answer questions if they think it would affect their reputation. Nord VPN needs to lift their service and connection and add more countries.

I have had a mixed experience with NORD. Sometimes their service is very good, and their prices are very fair. But they have a track record of discontinuing groups of servers. Recently they discontinued service of a group of servers in Singapore that I had grown accustomed to using, because they were reliable and connected quickly, plus they had good through-put speed. I was very disappointed by the loss of access to these servers. Although I cannot prove it, I feel that the removal of these servers was for economic reasons, which makes me question the viability of continued subscription to the NORD VPN service. A cheap price is good if the service is good, but a cheap price is not good if the service is continually downgraded. At this point, if I could get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription, I would probably switch to another service. At this point, I can only hope that they (NORD) will add new, better servers in Singapore, or return the ones that the discontinued.

NordVPN experience has been great with security whilst using the internet for several years, very worth while.
