Been using Nord for several years. It isn't perfect -- you have to spend some time managing your connections, but it works generally well. I travel internationally (inc. China) and it works everywhere I've been. I have watched the folks at Nord improve the code over the years until almost nothing goes wrong. And they are very fast to try to solve problems when they occur. I see no reason to change to anything else.
