The servers have been so slow and Im unable to reach a lot of sites and the biggest is shopping n Amazon, if youre on NordVPN u aint gonna be using amazon.

You only get four stars because I have found that the VPN concept doesn't really pan out when there is NO net neutrality. What do I mean? Well, when I have NordVPN turned on some third party blocks the connection. I have no proof of whether it is the browser, Microsoft, or the IP provider. But when I de-activate the NordVPN, I get the connection, and am able to finish my session. I am not laying the blame at your doorstep. However, unless the network becomes a true community affair, the efforts of good network citizens will continue to be thwarted by those with more nefarious intentions (profit?).

I used Express VPN before signing up with Nord. I can truly say my experience with Nord is definitely better. Not only is it simple to use it's much faster once you find your "sweet spot" connection. Not all sites are as good as others but the ones that work are almost as fast as no VPN at all. I made the right choice.

Work fast, stays fast... lots of nice features that keep improving- for example, close browser if NordVPN can not continue (for my old Android phone). Quick response to questions and forum. Actual phone number to reach NordVPN- rare these days. Just an excellent product, with updates that do not mess up things that were working... but in response to requests and NordVPN tech savvy, they actually improve the software.
