I give you a 4 I have a lot of troubles getting to a lot of web sites. Some won't open, some are the wrong size for my monitor, some say they cannot connect , some are very slow connecting. With the updates you send me I hope they will fix things but no.Sometime I turn off Nord VPN to try and get a better result. There is something just not right, maybe it is not Nord for all I know. Sorry for the 4 I would really have liked to be a 5 Regards Colin

Good and not so good Good: Ability to connect quickly. Lots of servers. Auto updates work well. I like their privacy policies. Pricing. Number of concurrent connections. I am comfortable using NordVPN and keep it active 95% of the time I am online. Not so good: Connection speed drops by 66% to 75%. I do not get reasonable answers on why this occurs and no followup. This is with both wired and wireless connections and connecting to different servers each time. Just tested using Speedtest with wired: 225Mbs w/o Nord, 65 Mbs with. Wireless: 87Mbs w/o, 25Mbs with.

NORDVPN is great. The only issue I have been having is sometimes it takes a while to connect.

It seems to work OK. For some reason it doesn't automatically connect when the computer reboots, neither does it automatically select an obfuscated server as selected in the options. Other than that, it works just fine.

Support is always helpful and if there is an issue, they will make sure they include a solution in their next release. If you need a download to resolve or repair an issue, it is available and easy to use. The pricing is excellent but most of all the product is excellent. I woudl recommend NordVPN to anyone who wants a tested and reliable vpn.
