Could not get my computer to work so you set me up on a different earlier app. But now I don't have the easy access application that I originally purchased so can change my address to different countries etc. So no I am no happy with your product and wished I did not buy more years on your product. Works well most of the time, but ther are occasions when it seems to suddenly slow down and I have to disconnect for a time. It is also detectible by Netflix, which does not like VPNs because it prevents them from geoblocking.
