Happy customer, just make sure that if your computer or laptop is connected to your network by both cable or wireless that the DNS Server addresses for both network cards is set. I made the mistake of only changing my wireless network card and not the cable card, this resulted in DNS leaks due to my loss of wireless signal and the cable network card became the dominant connection and allowing the DNS to leak. I hope this all makes sense.

This is my second year with Nord. In my first year, I experienced many difficulties at the initial period on sign up and considered cancellation, as i did with ExpressVPN. The issues disappeared after a while and i slowly “settled in” and quite enjoyed the service for the rest of the year. I resigned for the following 3 years but since then I have had constantly SLOW or throttled internet connection. I have had numerous email exchanges with peter, paul and mary, who offered everything AND the kitchen sink but it remains the same. I am utterly frustrated.
