Although the product couldn't give me exactly what I needed, their customer service was fast and friendly and gave me as much assistance as humanly possible. I would recommend anyone looking for a VPN to check them out.
Great VPN with do many choices for security. Easy to load on pc, laptop, phone or tablet. Does not use keep data on you so more secure. Great plans and prices 5 stars as a VPN.
Great vpn service, I was able to watch iPlayer content. Unfortunately had some problem regarding the subscription. Apparently Apple's subscription service and NordVPN didn't play along well in my case. But Leo from the customer service helped me. I wasn't really satisfied of the problem solution, but what's done is done. If you wanna use NordVPN, just subscribe right from the website instead from the Apple's in-app purchase.
Unfortunately it didn't work for what I needed, which is not NordVPNs fault but a regulatory German thing. When connected via phone there was nothong that was slowing the connection down or anything. I contacted their customer service and Felix and Mike were a great help and very pleasant, it might have been the best cs contact I've had.
I'm happy with it
Initially, NordVPN was working great. After about a week of good response, now web pages will not load or it takes several attempts to get a web page to load. When I disconnect from NordVPN, my response is excellent, enable NordVPN again and the response is horrid. REALLY, REALLY, regret getting the three year plan as it is basically useless now. It is certainly protecting me... I cannot get anywhere. I have no clue why it worked so well the first week or so and then is AT BEST miserably slow. I have kept up with the updates sent by NordVPN but still just bad bad bad. I have no explanation for the dismal performance.
I felt this and I got what I expected. Vast range of servers and many other perky stuffs. And they wait until you get what you wanted in their customer service. So 10 on 10 from me. And that girl claudia is really somthing else :)
I came back to Nord as it generally works pretty wrll but I have 1 issue that I would appreciate an explanation on. My service on testing provides 85 - 100.5 mb/secs. but after connecting your vpn it sometimes drops as much as 90 mbps to 10 or even less. Is there something can change in settings to resolve this? I am very satisfied with the Nord VPN. Surely they do the job very smoothly especially Nord VPN surprise me how he behave with my slow connection Not even losing any speed on lower internet connection. They deserve 5 stars. Great work👌 top recommendation! 👍
Purchased NordVPN as a first time trying a VPN service, I paid and was told to active my account via and email i would receive in the next 5 minutes. I downloaded the software and waited for the email. I waited for an hour but nothing, i went through the process of recovering my account which NordVPN explain how to do and managed to get onto my account but it was not activated. I waited a day but still had no email. I contacted NORDVPN support who informed me it would take 7 working days for my payment to process. nowhere was this mentioned before or after purchasing which left me feeling a little ripped off or at least uninformed before purchasing. The Support staff member i spoke to was very helpful and polite and even offered to jump start my subscription, if i could send a screenshot of my bank account showing the purchase (which i could not do due to data protection functions on my android device). I instead asked for a refund/cancellation of my subscription as i have found a VPN that has more information before purchasing, more payment options and starts on the day of purchase, all of which is explained before purchasing, not after going through troubleshooting tips, recovery methods and contacting support teams directly which was my experience with NordPVN. Would i recommend NordVPN? Well for a first time trying a VPN, i didn't actually get to use any of their VPN services. The support staff member was helpful, polite and extremely fast at responding, i didn't wait in a queue at all which is remarkable as we are in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. But the lack of information before purchase, jumping through hoops to recover my account and contacting support was a massive waste of time. i would like to try NordVPN again in the future but when things are a bit more transparent or explained first, i am sure it would be a great VPN if i actually got to try it.
