Tech support at NordVPN has been excellent, the website is easy to navigate and there are options to choose alternate VPN protocols in addition to ad and malware blocking. My main gripe, and this may be inherent in all VPN services, is the inability to send email from my iPhone when VPN is active. I easily resolve this issue with a quick disconnect/send email/reconnect.
