Been using it for about three years. I like the speeds and the user friendlyness. As for trust, I personally never had any problems, then again I am not a journalist in a totalitarian regime or part of a terrorist cell, I just use it for personal privacy. So do your own research on that. Price is pretty good, especially if you use one of the many deals they offer.

overall a good system but over the last 3 years I have lost a great deal of time with updates that forced me to reinstall the program too many times. The good news is that their team stayed with my problem until it was solved. If after a year I no longer have issues with updates they will receive their 5 stars.
