I am not very technically adept by any stretch of the imagination. I found NordVPN to be extremely user friendly, and intuitive to use. I originally paid for a 2 year subscription, and about 1 year in, they sent me an amazing offer on a 3 year deal which I immediately, added to my 2 year. Using NordVPN is a seamless operation, and I have found no issues whatsoever. I haven't noticed any reduction in download speeds. The team at NordVPN, are constantly improving, (not that there's any need to) and adding useful features. Just set it to start at boot, and forget it. You're always protected. I just hope that this review doesn't sound too good to be true and you think I'm an employee, but it is just that good. Dang it, now I've probably made it too long and no one will read it.

I’ve been with Nord VPN for about 3 years. I got it initially to be able to access American Netflix (I’m in Canada), and have been happy with that. However, lately, Netflix is onto me and I get a pop-up telling me to close my proxy browser. I’m hoping that Nord VPN will find a way to camouflage me more easily. An unanticipated bonus has been their ad blocking abilities, especially when I’m reading news articles. Sometimes I see the VPN icon disappear and reappear a couple of seconds later. I don’t know why that happens, but on a few occasions, downloading websites takes longer. Having said all that, I’m happy with my service, and plan to continue subscribing to them. Hope this helps you somewhat.
