I feel protected by NordVPN, but sometimes I have to turn it off when I try to send emails from my Comcast account; or if I try to play videos on news sites, the videos time out and never launch. I also think NordVPN slows performance. Many websites and browsers like Google block me unless I turn off the VPN.

Hi I have a good experience I can speak English so it's not a problem for me but not all the people speak English I am French other point, when speaking with the customer service chat or mail, the best way is to find a trick communicate true the account that the customer service know that you are a real customer and that you use your account !!
