Been using Nord for a while. And I must say everything has been running smoothly. The speed is great and but I'm more impressed with the privacy and security which is amazing. Price wise. Its not so bad either! Definitely in my top 5 vpns to use!

The system works in most circumstances that I need. Most VPNs do that. The real issue is that when it does not work, the help advisors are absolutely determined to get it going. Most VPNs I’ve tried DONT do that.

Nord VPN is not a good application.... it is unstable and for many sites simply does not work. I had significant problems with sites such as Amazon Prime. The help desk was absolutely no help at alland a waste of time and effort. I would not recommend Nord VPN .... there are far better apps available.

I used it on every computer in the house and cell phone. Customer Service has been outstanding whenever I've had an issue or a question about how to make something work I couldn't figure out on my own. I've tried many, perhaps most, of the competition. All FAIL my usability tests.

I don't like the restrictions your VPN makes I can't use my scanner, I can't use my ups battery there are several websites unless I pause the VPN I can't navigate to them. I don't want to allow these sites because your VPN should see that the sites I am going to like a bank or like I stated my scanner. I will probably not renew my subscription if that is why you wanted me to rate you.
