Personally I don't know if it is doing as it says it does as I don;t know how to test it, I live in Australia and I have it logged into U.S.A. I know it works on my Phone as I'm told that some services does not allow because I have it connected to N.Z.

On some of my streaming devices the speed is a bit slow. Many times on my computer's there are pages that just don't load. I get an error message two common pages which is very annoying. I'm hoping this will improve in the future desolations of servers are incredible.
