I am 70 years old and I have recently purchased my first Apple computer having always used Windows before, I know some people might say that at 70 I should have more sense. I have had a number of VPNs in the past but having purchased Le VPN at a very reasonable price I find the technical support provided by their staff to be outstanding. Any issue I have had with Le VPN is usually compounded by the fact I am still getting used to the Apple system and the technical support staff have been very patient in supporting me and have provided detailed solutions that even I can follow. I cannot praise them enough and was disappointed I couldn’t give 10 stars

I have twice had problems downloading and connecting to Levpn and on both occasions the advice I was given was prompt and enabled me to complete the connection and use the app.

I have had 2 different VPN in the past and this one is far the best. If there is a problem connecting you send an email, and within 2 hours they have responded and resolve the issue, in plain English . Thank you Le-VPN For all your patience and good service

When it works it's fine, it doesn't always work. Several attempts needed to actually connect. Latest record is 15 tries! When it does connect it seems ok but for the 3rd time in a month it stops during use and UK sites report I'm out of the UK. Poor response from support or the Twitter site. They always assume it's the user's fault. Next day, it's working again with no changes at my end. Avoid MPN was fine, what happened?

hAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE SINCE SWITCHING FROM MPN been weeks of me having to do fixes that dont work I am not tech savvy thats why i used MPN for ease now all i get is do this do that things i dont understand so have moved to UK EX PAT no mucking about straight in no probs

Terrible service, I use to use MPN for 10 years and I had no problems. Now this service is awful after 10 minutes it disconnects. Simetimes shorter. So fed up with it. I have never been so angry at a poor service, support is none existent.
