After using another VPN for years, I wondered if another VPN would work better or were all VPN's alike. I fretted with the frequent problems of not being able to connect, getting dropped and waiting for days for the Support. Was there a better company out there or is this the best that I can expect. I decided to try Ivacy before my other contract ran out. Wow, what a surprise! Fast and easy connection to high speed servers in different lands. I now wonder why I did not chose them sooner. Thanks Ivacy, you are the greatest!

I had problems with connecting. Got onto live chat and a technician, Andrew who spent time trying to solve my problem. He was so patient and determined to make things work to my high expectation. I got stuck with a DNS leak, tried everything on google. Then finally I contacted support and Franklin gave me instructions on how to ensure no DNS leak. Result was 100% anonymity. Am happy I purchased Ivacy and definitely am staying.

I have tried so many VPN providers and Ivacy is just the perfect fit for me. Reasonable price, good speed, and 24-hour customer service live chat. They once helped me t oset up the VPN on my linux remotely. Their apps also have DNS and IPv6 leak prevention. The best VPN ever!

Great support and everyting works as advertised. Had slow connectivity issues with he app and it somestimes doesn't work properly but I went ahead and created a VPN connection manually. Best way to go. Will miss out on the Split Tunnel and Kill Switch but i can live with that. But really, the main reason I love Ivacy is the support. They'll tell you if there's something their service can't do, instead of beating around the bush.

Their open vpn servers dont work with linux, neither does pptp protocol work with my isp. Their support was useless. Managed to google the solution myself by using sstp protocol. Their android app is slow and buggy.
