Ivacy is the best VPN I've found after a long time searching. They're non-US or EU based, have servers that do not keep any logs placed in hundreds of countries around the world, and are exceptionally affordable. Their client is lightweight, and is available on a large variety of platforms. The customer service is also excellent - very professional, quick to respond, and communicate efficiently to help solve any issues I have had. I've been using Ivacy for three years now and have no intentions of stopping, and I readily recommend it to anyone in search of a VPN for any purpose.
