Ivacy support I've signed up for Ivacy and had problems with connecting to openvpn servers with my username and password. When I asked the support for help Franklin stepped in and gave me all I need. Later I found out the mail explaining what I need to do came before but I skipped it. Nevertheless, Franklin was very patient and helped me with everything I needed. Can recommend the support!

I bought Ivacy but not without a problem. I wasn't able to login and there seems to be an issue on how my account was set up at first. I am however, giving a 5 star because of Franklin, one of the Customer Support Representative who fixed the issue immediately while on chat. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing, unlike other representatives who just transfers you to a different department without fixing anything. if you have issues, speak with franklin... regarding Ivacy app? I don't have a problem... there service is good... I just hope though that other representatives would take extra steps or effort to fix customers problems like franklin did. good job ivacy for hiring a very talented employee.
