False claims on their website. Obvious lies about their competitors on their order page, stating that all their main competitors do not provide 24/7 support, which they do. States that Nord and Shark do not work in China, which they also do. Customer support when contacted did not provide an answer for this issue and just replied that they themselves provide 24/7 support and offered to take a trial. Lies and incompetence. Does not inspire trust when choosing a VPN provider...

Hello, Have been to Ivacy support and asked a few questions. Had to wait 3-5 minutes between responses. For example - asked what Netflix countries they unlock, the agent responded: "Yes you can watch Netflix with our service" after 5 minutes. How is that even manageable? Secondly, they are stating HEAVY LIES about other VPN counterparts. They state e.g. ExpressVPN, NordVPN, SurfShark does not have 24/7 live support. That's a heavy lie. I have been a user of few of those, and they have excellent 24/7 support service. How is it even possible to be able to run business heavily on lies about support service, when you have one of the WORST support services in the market byself? That is very bad and no respect.

Ivacy VPN I bought this VPN, tried the IOS app. Only IKV protocol is working, whereas IPSec protocol is not working through the app. I was asked to connect manually. I also tried connecting one of the US Servers from India, tested the speed, I got only 8mbps, where as my actual internet speed is around 400mbps. I connected to some of the Indian sites like Hotstar.com from India location, the website is rejecting the connection. This happens for both Windows and IOS app. I do not recommend this VPN.
