Harris was awesome, he helped me figure out what i needed for my parents' PCs and then my chrome-book. Plus when i tried to use the exe file on my mac it told me "it could be malicious software" and so he gave me the instructions to move forward. Thanks again Harris..

I've recently had very bad experience with Ivacy. I signed up for a trial but found they cannot delivery what I needed for VPN. I immediately contacted them to cancel my pending invoice but their CS was trying everything to do the opposite. After they finally agreed to cancel the pending payment, I checked their website to confirmed the pending invoice was marked as cancelled. Days later, my credit card got charged for the exact amount. I'm now back to the email chain to request refund. My word of advice, stay away from them and do not trust their promise.

4.0 only because it doesnt work well with my firestick. Overall performance is excellent in Windows and Android. Customer Service is great. They strive for customer satisfaction and try to get back to you ASAP. I would definately recommend to family/friends/coworkers/ and will continue my services upon renewal.
