The desktop client is quite excellent with fast connection times and great support when unblocking geo-locked content occasionally fails. The android client needs some fine tuning as it doesn't hold connection to all countries as well.

Every time you go to ivacys site you will be barated with a deal even if you already own the product. Ivacys VPN for Android app works flawlessly same goes for the chrome extension. But the desktop app for windows is terrible. Will say it's connected but will give you speeds slower than dialup connections. I do not recommend ivacy and am hoping I can get a refund.
