I am running Ivacy VPN on Windows 10 for over 2 months now. The interface is nice, many servers & good speed. It passed IP, DNS & WebRTC leak protection tests. I didn't encounter any issues or bugs with the service or software yet. The support is good too, email & live chat. Ivacy is a quality VPN service at affordable price! I have 2 suggestions- 1. The app should run as "administrator" by default as IP/DNS leak protection & KillSwitch require admin mode to work. 2. The message "did it work?" on connecting should be removed.

Good support Franklin was very helpful through the chat - asking the right questions on my iPad connection using dedicated IP and guiding me to quick solution. The issue that he helped me with on my iMac was rather more difficult to solve and he eventually sorted it out using TeamViewer to ensure that he could see and solve the issue (it still took a while, but he got there!). I'm very pleased
