Had several questions concerning NAT Firewall, which I heard about only recently but did not know I had the feature, and how to activate it. Franklin, on Live Chat support, patiently, and professionally helped me with configuration plus answered my other questions concerning OpenVPN, and Virtual Servers. Ivacy as a VPN, has its act together plus a knowledgeable support staff. A VPN recommended to at least try, and at best, purchase! Personally, I am not sorry. Imo, comparable to some of the bigger VPNS, at less cost.

Love this program it never lets me down. It doesn't slowdown the speed of my internet which is so good for downloading and surfing at the same time.
