Had an issue with split tunneling and reported it in their live chat. When it appeared that the problem was specific to my PC, they emailed me the next day to schedule and do a remote session where they quickly fixed the issue.

I used a few other VPNs before, but so far Ivacy VPN has the best customer service. After I bought it I had problem logging in on application, contacted live chat, and they answered instantly. They said they had maintenance and I just had to wait for a moment and it got fixed already. Then I had another problem, and just like before, the customer support answered it so quickly and helped me until my problem got fixed. I'm really happy with how they do their work.
Great, reliable VPN service with a lot of option like split-tunneling or multiport and also a support staff ready to go up to the moon and back to assist you. Oh, and no logs! I cannot recommend them more.
I use IVACY for mac and Android for about half a year. Most of the time they are doing really great, providing stable and fast connection! However, then the problems come you need to go directly to the support team and write all settings manually – what is highly time-consuming. And they never (ever!) will send you any updates about the current situation. You can know that problems were fixed or servers were updated or way to connect have been changed only after bothering the support team. The support team is amazing, always ready to help and provide all the information. But, please, I just want to be updated as soon as possible, I don't have time and energy to go to the chat with support team every single time (and explain the situation again and again) or waiting in the dark for God knows what. After all, you have my email and even send some useless newsletters time after time. Send me relevant updates too (or maybe I just haven't found yet where to subscribe xD so tell me where to do it )
Every member of the support team is awesome. They worked for hours and days to assist me and never gave up. Even if i fell asleep on them. Very happy with the service they provide. Only comment: They need raises, jokes, and memes!
