Great Service! None like it, there is another VPN with Fresh IP's but the connection to their servers drop and with Ivacy I haven't had that problem. Their CS goes way above the lines to help you with your issues instantly. Great Job Guys!

I'm extremely happy with the live chat feature. I was able to be assisted before purchasing a plan and also after the VPN wouldn't connect. I'm not happy that I had to contact Ivacy and manually set up the VPN, and I'm not happy that I have to manually enter different content servers based on which website I want access to. I've purchased VPNs before and literally only had to turn it on and off. I didn't know anything about content servers and it worked for all websites I wanted including Starz. Ivacy doesn't work with Starz or HBO. Additionally, there were times when I needed to access websites from the country I was in and not the one I got a VPN for. With a different VPN provider turning it on and off quickly (there was an icon in the menu bar of my Mac) made this possible. During setup with Ivacy I had to choose that all web activity go through Ivacy, but I don't always want to use a foreign IP address, so I have to figure out how to disable that.

...when you need to do an e-mail change on your account, they respond that "due to technicalities" they can't do it. Really? You must fight with them in order to have it changed, but do make sure they are changing it also on your log in, they don't mention you that they can perform the change but your login must stay with the older e-mail. So, make sure they perform the change for everything. Secondly, some servers would not connect. Don't think about popular servers like USA or CA. Think about the small servers in certain countries where they only have a couple, like MX. Worked out with "technical support" looking for some solutions, but they couldn't resorve antyhing, ended up admitting it was a problem on their side. 5 days have passed and not able to connect to this particular server... Third, for the past 2 years that I have been with IvacyVPN, there were times where I experienced random disconnects and password not being recognized. The later required go to "tech support" to have a password reset, innecessarily. Fourth, no matter what I do, it will disconnect me after long period (18-24 hrs or more). For many people, short-period sessions (30 mins. - 8 hrs.) will suffice, but others need permanent connectivity. Fifth, the service works good when it wants to work good. But the point is that it should always work, no matter what and no matter when. Sixth, I purchased a lifetime subscription on 2017, via PCWorld shop. In the offer, it was clearly specified that the membership was going to be LIFETIME. What do I understand by "lifetime" is the fact to be permanent, or at least to last the lifespan of the VPN provider. Well, after I got engaged with the offer, IvacyVPN immediately told me that the membership was not going to be lifetime, but a cycle of 5 years with renewing option, since "5 years is the lifespan of a software". Very different from what I bought, right? It's not that is not a good offer, but I purchased itnot knowing this conditions. I alerted the people to not fall for a fake promise and because of this, now they would not offer "lifetime" subscriptions anymore. All of them providers now clearly specify the longest of their membership offers last for 5 years, not renewing. Seventh, you are not able to do a task such as simple as an e-mail change, the option is greyed out and you must contact customer service, fight with them and make them do the change (on both login and on you account). I will raise the rating to 3, because this provider needs to do some work on their service, and needs to understand customers' needs.
