I was with another VPN trying to watch UK TV. The BBC blocked a number of IP addresses and I spent 90 minutes one evening trying to find one that was working. So I went for Ivacy VPN and a dedicated UK IP address. I was expecting that with a dedicated IP address, the download speed would be good, say min 20 Mbps, and upload min 10 Mbps. Mostly the speed is good, but the download speed sometimes drops to 3 Mbps which can cause buffering, so this is why I only give 4 stars. On the plus side, having a dedicated UK IP address it is unlikely that the BBC or ITV will block the IP address like they do when they suspect it is being used for VPNs.

I am re reviewing after 24 hrs. and my refund for service. I still think their product is super slow, hard to connect, does not unlock Netflix U.S.also I had to put a password in every time I wanted to connect, I could go on. I have had 2 previous VPN's from other companies and will be going back to one of them. I raised my opinion 2 stars because they refunded my money.
