Sometimes lose wifi connection when using Goose but besides that it does what it is meant to do

Overall the business server speed has been excellent; however in the past few weeks GooseVPN has kicked me offline several times after which I was unable to connect back to the business server in the Netherlands as it was 'Unable to connect'. Connecting to another server in the Netherlands (not in the Business server listing) was possible. Becomes annoying.

Warning: Do not trust this company. Service is poor. Periodic disconnections poor speeds. Could not get a refund. Requested refund due to cancelling after trial but was refused. Was away on holiday and did not cancel in time according to goosevpn. Even though I have not used there service for over two weeks. Other companies I could have come home and cancelled service with full refund. Not acceptable in the circumstances. Now I have to pay out for a better service as well as shelling out £71.76 that I cannot get back. I cancelled and will not use the services, still being laughed at by this company. No direct contact to customer services. Not good customer relations or refund policy, needs improvement. I have had a reply from goosevpn.com yet these are just words without action. No resolution to this situation they are still willing to take money without refunding, even though, I have not used there services. There are better services out there as goosevpn is rated 73rd out of 100
