I did had some initial problems with my settings. Something I could not solve myself, so I got in contact with their service department. I'm used to wait days for an answer, but these guys got back to me in 8 minutes and solved the issue in another 5! And I wasn't even a paid member, but running the free (45 cents) try out version. What a relieve after fighting with NordVPN and CyberGhost for a bit of service! Recommended!
