When trying to access BBC Iplayer there is a variation as to whether one can connect or not. It seems that the BBC are blocking the vpn service from suspected users outside of the UK. However there must be the technology to be able to mask the source or confirm it is definitely a UK subscriber. I am an expat who has a UK and a French TV licence so I consider their attitude unforgivable. Maybe Goose VPN can investigate this issue.

Goose on Pc works fine, BUT on IPhone it always stops the connection and you have to change location. Sometimes you cannot get a connection at all.
