Without vpn i get 200Mb download and 20Mb upload speed. Tried several different vpn locations, but at best i get 60Mb download speed. Got it because it's dutch, so reliable and not so expansive, but they need to work on their server speeds. If this doesn't improve, i might get another vpn.

Changing ip address works very very easy, trying to reach torrent sites is still difficult but it works once you select the right vpn/country :-))
