Truly easy to use which is what I sought after most. The only downside is the slow connection but that is mostly due to the limitations of my home internet connection. Otherwise a great service with a very helpful Helpdesk aswell!

Generally good performance. However, sometimes it goes offline / unprotected status while in use. A more noticeable notification (i.e., flashing icon and a beep) would be nice.
