The issues that I have with this VPN is there are several servers that needs to be upgraded. They were just too slow, even when I chose the automatically optimized version that Goose selected by itself. Also, this VPN desperately needs a rework on its GUI. Too much orange, I can deal with that. But it just too 'noob' friendly. No other settings specifically made for power users, like different ciphers, obfsproxy connection, and so on. I also hope the monthly fees can be reduce. It just too steep even with the promo code applied, unless subscribe to the yearly base subscription, which I do not prefer.

No friction as yet , however the product was not compatible with my mac so have asked for my subscription to be cancelled.
