I downloaded the vpn to watch UK tv abroad but the websites BBC Iplayer, itvhub and 4OD didn’t work like the Goose website said they would. I contacted the support team and they told me to change servers, this didn’t work either. Then they just sent me a contact form and turned off the live chat so I couldn’t get any assistance.

does what it's supposed to do: app for android is buggy and lacks functionality, windows app fine, for the rest: no logs policy, p2p allowed and fast -enough- servers in many different places for streaming services

I complained about losing 45 cents to confirm my bankaccount, because I am a greedy ducker, and they gave me an extra free month. So customer service is already pretty damn awesome. And now the VPN, it works perfectly! I can now watch shows from the American Netflix that they refuse to show us Dutch people! And I can cover my tracks when I download some... stuff that I wouldn't want other people to know I download haha. Using the VPN doesn't noticeably decrease my internet speed, so overall I am a happy camper. ^^
