I had a one month trial on Goose. Just prior to the trial ending my VPN stopped working. However money for a 1 year subscription fee was withdrawn from my accout. I have been trying to resolve this with your support team and sent several emails. The matter is still unresolved and I do not have a VPN. I would like a refund.

I am using this VPN to access Global Maplestory which otherwise would be inaccessible. My review for this VPN is “so far so good” as I have faced no major problems yet. However, I do wish that the VPN speed can be slightly faster as I’m still experiencing some form of lagging. Still, keep up the good work! ?
