When I downloaded the software my macbook was freaking out, (goose)screens for entering my password would appear 20x in my screen en would move diagonally over the screen. After I fixed this no password was working for my account and I needed to contact support. Now every time i use my computer Goose is asking for my password again. Seems I spend more time having contact with support than actually doing what I need to do.
