they have a good helpdesk but to watch my 1 hour tv show I need like 1hour 20 it stops pauses have to restart the computer ooh im so bored, I do not know if it is the vpn or someting else but todat I stopped watching it was to much trouble

there is friction in the connection with the internet. sometimes it does not work at all or is very slowly. then i switch vpn off and the connection is good.
