I am really disappointed with goose vpn billing. I have used up the one month free tria from 14th November 2018 and by the 3rd week, on the 7th December 2018, I cancelled the subscription and after answering a questionnaire, I received the confirmation email from goose vpn that no more billing will be made. However I was shocked to see that I was charged again on the 13th December 2018. Subsequently I mailed the support@goosevpn and the reply I received from one Mr. Rodney was even more shocking as it stated that they did not receive the cancellation request and hence they can not refund. I have again wrote with evidence of the cancellation, but no reply. Now I have every reasons to believe that Goose vpn is cheating. I am really upset and sorry I fell for that. So be warned.. It is not safe
