Via twee site’s begrepen dat deze enige Nederlandse VPN leverancier het mogelijk maakt de helpdesk aan te spreken in het Nederlands. Dus niet! Google Translate is geen Nederlands. Wisselende ervaringen met de verbinding; van zeer stabiel tot een knipperlicht. Via de site is geen stabiliteits monitor te raadplegen. Het ontbreken van de logfile was wel een pre.
