Used to be a great product and good customer service. However now all you ever get is updates released with glitches (last 3 on Mac) and crap customer service. They use Zendesk as customer service, always been sharks, take money and pish of customers. Find a better VPN.
I loved it but i just have one complain you should add more servers to work with Netflix for different countries. Other then that it's the best vpn ever.

I switched to these guys from 'Cyberghost' because they themselves had massive conflict and slowdown issues. To begin with everything was fine, the software runs smoothly and uses relatively little memory and doesn't conflict with all the software I've previously had issues with. I must admit I was very presently surprised. Tech support is fine but has a long way to go. They may be there 24 hrs a day, but for a while I didn’t have the flexibility to do what I needed to in the software because I was led to believe it wasn't possible. It doesn't matter what that was, it indeed was possible but a lot of the tech staff don't understand the software well enough to assist with all of the problems. Then there is the issue of the VPN connecting to the wrong location on reboot. You can specify to connect to the last used location, but I wouldn't trust it. Well over a third of the time it would connect to what they call "smart location" in my country. I'm sorry but to force me to connect to a location I do not want to connect to is a massive security risk for a VPN provider. My data may still be encrypted but that isn't enough these days. Given that many people want to connect to a different country for access, forcing a connection through there own country should be considered irresponsible. In the end all I wanted them to do was to acknowledge that they were fixing the issue and give me a timescale on how long it usually takes between software updates but even that was too much for them. It's intermittent, so they don't need to fix it apparently. Strangely all of the time they tell you it is not possible to speak with a manager on chat so when somebody eventually says of course it's possible, well.. now I'm left thinking they just tried to avoid the issue by transferring me to someone pretending to be a manager, maybe I was wrong though. The ‘Manager’ I spoke with did try to help but ultimately couldn’t offer anything that hadn’t been done previously. I'm sorry but just too much of a security risk. Connecting to the wrong country, not being willing to discuss it with me, just rehashing solutions that don't work, trying to avoid the whole the situation by not responding to my emails as promised. Nothing short of scandalous. App is clean and smooth, it actually looks quite good although some of the icons for example to the right of the individual location servers are so hard to see, if you wanted the flexibility of using those functions it would go over your head that they were even there. Actually very close to being a great piece of software if only they can fix the connection on reboot issue, I just get the feeling that they can’t be bothered because it was an intermittent fault. At least for now, look elsewhere. ------------------------ Thanks for the comment below, but you've already failed at fixing the issue and led me to believe that your software engineers are not actively looking for a fix. A terrible GUI in respect to the almost invisible icons and insecure, connecting to the wrong country. Maybe I'll try again in a couple of years.
I have been using VPN express over 2 yrs and recently bought a new PC and I m not a techie but after installing it in my new PC the system seems faster, anyhoo the fact that I've never had downtime or any tech issues has been a bonus and the installation instructions made for laymens nice, ohh aswell knowing that there is 24/7 support puts me at ease so yeah express VPN it's a game changer for surfing online.
