The service is unique and very secure, frequent updates make it very attractive and the technical support is very high. I am from Poland and I value privacy very much! First let me state that this is my second review after month of trying to fix what is essential broken. During the first 6 months of use it worked perfectly on protocol Automatic. Around 2 months ago suddenly everything would 'hang'. I was connected to the internet but Safari, Firefox, MAC Mail etc... would just not connect. I would have to disconnect and then reconnect to fix it. This happened constantly. I was told by ExpressVPN to use another protocol - which I did. All of them. And all failed part from IKEv2. Which worked. And was fast. Apart from constantly disconnects. During the past 3 days its disconnected 31 times. While ExpressVPN are great at getting back to you - they will offer me the same advice over and over again. Try different settings. Delete the app. Reinstall. Even so far as updating my entire operating system (which I did). At one point I was even told to call Apple (which I did) and they saw nothing wrong. I even went as far as showing them a video of what was happening to my internet and how nothing responded. Because each e-mail from ExpressVPN asked me to follow the same guidelines each time I decided to try NORDVPN to see if I experience the same issues. I did not. I tried both NORDVPN on open protocol and IKEv2. I had one disconnect ONCE. Which goes to show that ExpressVPN has a fault somewhere. Sadly ExpressVPN while good at getting back to you were not able to fix the issue. After over two months of going back and forth its now a case of either moving on or contacting ExpressVPN again and have them tell me to do the same things over and over again.
Express VPN is exactly what I need it to be. Fast, easy to use, and secure. I use this to trade stocks when I'm traveling and need an extra secure internet connection. Plus, its great for any time I want to use public wifi, knowing that I'm on a secure connection. Worth it!

It's been a year since I started using ExpressVPN and I love it! This application/software is very easy to navigate and to understand, has a lot of locations to choose from, and even though my internet speed typically gets slower once connected to VPN, the slowed speed connection has not yet gotten in the way of my work/entertainment. Not to mention, this application also has great and effective tools on deck (such as tools to check your IP address location, to check for DNS leakage, to generate passwords, etc.) to ensure that our privacy stays protected, and ExpressVPN also has great encryption. ExpressVPN can also be downloaded/installed on a lot of different computer/phone/router devices, and also on gaming consoles/smart systems. And the step-by-step instruction guides on how to download/install/configure ExpressVPN on each of the eligible devices are available on the ExpressVPN website to help customers to have a smooth and easy time setting the whole thing up. I guess the only downside about this application for me personally would be the pricing for a subscription no matter if payments are made monthly, bi-annually, or annually basis -- all three payment plans are all pricey (and again, pricey at least to me personally) but overall, i think it's honestly money well spent and really worth it!
