The best VPN service, and I've tried a few. Stable and reliable.
Excellent VPN. It works perfectly and runs very smooth.
Previously used a competitor’s VPN service while in the US. Didn’t have to rely on the VPN heavily until moving overseas though. ExpressVPN ended up saving the day and enabling us to watch programming that we had already paid an annual subscription for but couldn’t access outside theUS without a VPN. With the competitor, I had a leak somewhere and was being blocked from accessing the content that I could normally watch back in the US. ExpressVPN came through and gave me the confidence that my browsing and streaming were secure without any leaks. Thanks, ExpressVPN!
the best VPN ever, and i have tried many, i strongly recommand it to everyone you will feel the difference
I use ExpressVPN in a matter of ways, first as a way to keep my location private and second, to help watch TV from various countries. As a fan of British TV, I’m able to watch programs from ITV and Channel 4 which I normally can’t access in the U.S. And also as a fan of tennis, I have the ability to watch Wimbledon live as well as the Australian Open the way locals can. I love ExpressVPN and it’s way of keeping my location private when I need it.
Best vpn on the market, never had any issues with netflix or another programs, love it!!
Great service, great support.
Extremely helpful as a Global traveler - allows me to log in as a local for intended destinations to prepare for work trips Also allows me to remain in touch with my home country and work systems
Rubbish, Did not work spent hours online being asked to do this and that whilst internet kept dropping and then having to go through all the details again with another person.Treated like a fool and tbh they had no clue what i was on about. Based in UK on Virgin with C7 router.
I would have loved to give Express VPN 5 stars but they did not want it. I will explain why: I signed up for a 1 month membership so that way if the one star reviews were correct I would only be out one month if they refused to honor their 100% no questions money back guarantee. So my first step after signing up was to uncheck the auto renew. I do not like this feature and as a computer programmer I would never program this without an opt out checkbox at signup sad to see so many do. I signed into Express VPN and found the location to disable auto renew. I selected managed subscription ==> Turn off Automatic Renew ==> Back to Dashboard Very simple steps hard to mess up. When I went back to the dashboard Auto renew was still enabled. So I got on the chat support to tell them what happened and that others on Trustpilot are having the same issue. Support said maybe this is due to their update. Interesting, so I decided to check another browser seeing a fully updated Firefox didn't work. Next browser updated Epic Privacy Browser guess what it did not work either. I tried one more browser an old IE 11, I dusted off the dust and gave it a try. It failed to work to disable the auto renew also. So what did support ask me to do make a video it would really help them to trouble shoot the problem. Really you want me to do your job. I told them NordVPN is now part of bug bounty and they would pay me if I find a bug. This is what bug bounty is. I told them I want a refund. There response was it will take 5-7 days the usual answer when anyone has to give you money back. I guess it is to penalize us for not staying with the company. So my response was seeing it will take 5-7 days can I still use Express VPN until then, thinking I knew what they were going to say. I was wrong they said I could use it until the refund is issued. I was going to give 2 stars because of this but I went back into Express VPN after my refund was issued and talked to chat support and they talked to me like they believed the button was working and they could help me press the button lol. Read the 1 star reviews and you can see 2 others are having the same issue. To Express VPN please do not respond to me with your canned answers I am not interested in your product. I cannot trust a vpn company that can't code a simple button or put a checkbox to opt out of auto renew before check out. Also if you are using canned answers on here it looks really bad it shows us you are NOT reading the reviews and are just trying to make the bad reviews look better by pretending you care and want to help. Follow up: Today they refunded my money back quicker then the 5 - 7 days. It was three 3 days. I also told the staff I would consider not cancelling if they fixed the button. I never received any email in the 3 days from support even saying they were looking into it. I know of another VPN company that has disabled the disable auto renew button. So I believe this is the new way of getting that extra subscription from us when we cancel and think the button to auto remove has been disabled. Nice, how can anyone trust a VPN company when they do this kind of stuff behind our back! See canned answer: (((ExpressVPN Hi, thank you for your feedback. Please chat with us on our website and we will assist you immediately. We're ready to help you 24/7.))) See below my post. I spent the last 3 days talking to chat. What makes you think anymore would help? Also not 1 email from support regarding your disable auto-renew button not working! Last Update: I did go into ExpressVPN and chatted with chat support. The gentleman said all they can do is send this bug into support. This was done already twice before this review and I do not know how many times the other 2 on Trust Pilot talked to support about this or if they even did. Hopefully this helps everyone. I wish I would have recorded this so I could have shown the world that the button does not work.
