You can't get 5 out of 5 from me (unless you can persuade Netflix or the BBC iPlayer to recognise that my connection to their site is from a UK address somehow.) With that limitation, Encrypt.me seems to be as effective and straightforward as an iOS VPN can be.

Pleased except for 2 things: 1) VPN drops occasionally for no obvious reason, 2) it does not re-connect but sits there trying to do so but never timing out. This is problematic if you think you have a VPN but don’t.
