Does not connect, support team unhelpful I am using Mac software and they just ask to turn different settings on and off with no effect
Paid for Premium Plus - LOTS of problems with software provided for Android. Doesn't auto-start correctly, drops connection and requires manual start, doesn't switch between WiFi and 4G and leaves data going in the clear often. No Kill-Switch. On Windows it tends to protect application data, not data going in and out of a WiFi or LAN connection as a whole. There is no kill switch, so if you have been on WiFi and were protected, then plug a LAN cable in and the connection goes over to that, CyberGhost only sits protecting WiFi whilst your LAN data is in the clear! Again, it disconnects frequently, throttles the data and only seems to work by application - NOT overall data on a WiFi or LAN port. This is completely unacceptable. The software leaves a lot to be desired. The only good thing was choice of servers and NO LOGGING of UK traffic. After a day I contacted "cleverbrdge" for a Refund as Cyberghost has a 30day guaranteed refund. The service was too unreliable and didn't protect all the data or send it all through the VPN like Private Internet Access does.
Unstable connection, drops out frequently. Slow to start at start up. Throttles the speed of connection by almost 40%. Automatically logs on in country of residence, nullifying the point. This is the case most of the time even when one is able to choose a server country, which isn't always.

An sich ist das ein schöner Dienst. Trotzdem gebe ich nur 3 Punkte, weil es mir echt auf die Nerven geht, wie man im Programm ständig mit Kaufangeboten gelockt werden soll. Ja sogar als zahlender Benutzer muss man sich das ständig geben. Einen weiteren Punkt muss ich abziehen, weil Cbyerghost jetzt allen erstes erzählt, dass sie jetzt einen absolut spionagesicheren Server hätten. Dieser kostet natürlich mehr, als das einfache Abo für 5 €uro pro Monat. Im Ernst mal; was soll der Blödsinn? Wer glaubt das denn schon? An sich finde ich Cyberghost gut; aber hört auf, uns für dumm zu verkaufen und uns so einen Schwachsinn zu erzählen.
