Okay I must upgrade my last review to four stars I want to do 5 but there is one last thing that may be of concern to me but at this point everything seems to be okay
I'm using the VPN via an OpenVPN driver in my Synology RT-2600ac router. It was easy to install. I had to work with support several times to understand the installation on an Linux-type box and wanted a VPN server near me versus the generic (US East) server. Once I understood the approach, it worked fine. The initial connection time is a bit slow and there is a moderate overhead using the pipe but it does the job.
It always interrupted when I use CyberGhost VPN. I chooses Thailand VPN for watching Thai TV. It is slow and stuck. Example Thai Series for 1.10 hours, but I spend time for 1 day for watching it. I can watching Japanese Movie without VPN that it is smoothly.
New to CyberGhost, swapped from PIA and have found Cyberghost faster and with much better interface. Quick response to my initial query too.

Very good prices in vpn, some offers are the cheapest i have seen with vpn but there are some drawbacks especially with the support. Also the software is not that good, its slow to connect. cyberghost is perfect for routers. Support and documentation could be better the ticket system is good when you have a small issue but slow and frustrating if you have a bigger complicated issue. They have a live chat and you need to be persistent if you have a problem and they cannot directly fix. If it its complicated solve it in live chat and dont let them deflect you to the ticket system.
There really aren't a lot of bad things I can say about CyberGhost VPN, it has a good number of servers in many different locations. Its fast, but nothing crazy, has a solid no logging policy, allows torrenting, Netflix streaming, compatible on 5 devices, and it probably has the best free VPN service of any provider out right now. They offer 4 different plans, plenty of customizations, and pretty much every feature you would want and need. This virtual private network is loaded.
