Unfortunately it has turned out to be disappointing. We live outside of the UK and got this to be able to watch the BBC Iplayer, which worked perfectly for the first 5 or 6 weeks then stopped, the explanation was it was a 3rd party service that was now not working. The sad and bad part was that it made the CyberGhost VPN useless for us and they refused a refund as it was passed the 30 day period, now was that a coincidence or planned that way to rip people off? I let you make up your own minds. As they say "buyer beware", never going to recommend this company due to their refund policy when things just don't work like they advertise they hide behind a feeble policy!! In response the the reply from CyberGhost: this is a standard answer but they do not tell you that this is not something new or has a fix date!! This has been like this for months and it is not working. The VPN does not hide you as the BBC can identify that you are not in the UK. I still maintain that if you pay for a service and it cannot be provided then you are not getting what you paid for and that is a breach of contract and they should man up and refund those that failed to receive what was expected.
Overall the UI is good, but I did not like the speed issues I have encountered. I am not sure if it was the servers I chose (Sweden) - hopefully they can improve with speeds then I can give more stars

I have been using Cyberghost for well over a year and would recommend it without reservation. There have been a couple of glitches but the tech guys have sorted them out both times. It is nice to be able to use the net without interference and with the added bonus that the bad guys are going to have to work damn hard to get you and no one knows who you are or where you are. You don't have to be engaged in nefarious goings-on to appreciate that your surfing habits are yours and yours alone.

It has multiple "apps", so you can tailor your connection to what ever specific activity you are planning. It's VPN servers work for things like Netflix and Hulu, even in areas where VPN's normally do NOT work, with more servers to choose from than many of the others I've used. Easy to configure, with no "technical jargon" to confuse those of us who are not IT savvy. Support is(for my single issue) very competent, and ticket submission-to-resolution time was the fastest I've seen for ANY kind of software/hardware that I've had, over the years (less than 10 hours). Definitely recommending to my "pals" who are searching for similar programs.
