I've been with Cyberghost for almost a month now. It is my first experience with a VPN and I can report that it is far easier than I expected. In fact, it's simpler to surf anonymously and use the streaming services from other countries, watch youtube videos not approved fro your country and to download torrents than it is to download a file from say, Cnet. And when I did need a little assistance (to get my mobile app going) the quality of the on-line support was excellent. I have now signed up for the 3 year plan - the price is incredible. Have been using CG VPN for last 3 years and I really enjoy their free service. The VPN works as intended and is my first choice because of simplicity and cost-effectiveness. CG also has a great Android app, it automatically engages the VPN, as soon as you connect to a Wifi network. I also like the amount of security available on CG and would really want to try CG premium.

This is a real review from a real consumer. I am not an employee or have any relation to any VPN providers. This is the first online review I have ever given to any product. Since I was new to VPN services, I spent hours looking at "top 10 vpv" sites. I figured I would pick one and sign up for only one month at a time untill I found the one I liked best. I decided to go with "Express VPN" first. It worked both on my home pc and android phone. But from day one I noticed my internet speed slowed quite a bit, but I expected that. But the deal breaker was that sometimes I could not connect to a website, like my bank and others until I disconnected then reconnected. Sometimes it wouldn't connect unless I disconnected the VPN service all together. It was more a hassle then it was worth, especially with many more choices out there. So I didn't renew my subscription. Then I tried "Nord VPN". I was more impressed but the andriod app would not work. I spent a lot of time researching what might be the problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling over and over. Looking at different settings ...etc. I read other peoples reviews about the same issue. So again I didn't renew. My next choice was "Cyberghost". Finally!! It has worked with NO issues on pc or android for 3 weeks now. Also I don't notice any loss of internet speed. For me it has been flawless. It works like I would expect it to. I had my son and daughter download the app to their andriod and iphones and also installed it on another pc. I think you can use it on seven devices with one subscription. Reasonably priced and works seamlessly on my Mac. The only issue I've had in 3 years of using CyberGhost 5 was after one of the regular updates my user details appeared to have been lost and it reverted to the inferior free version. A quick on-line chat with the help desk sorted things out in under 5 minutes and I once again had the full version up and running.
