Noticed the program using 10% GPU? And this is while the vpn tunnel is inactive, and the agent is running in the background next to the clock. I wonder what they use 10% GPU time on?.. bitcoin mining?. Definitely not a company I can trust. The support is so bad, you'd have better conversations with a door. If you value your privacy, and want to have control of your computing power, I suggest you keep away from CyberGhost VPN, it's not a company I trust. Update As an answer to CG's answer.. As I mentioned CG's support is poor. The subject has been reported and while the answers back, were to make adjustmenst that had something to do with having the client being active using a VPN. Which I really described to them in detail that the VPN wasn't active while it was using GPU time. In the end I ended up going in circles and I felt like going nowhere. So the subject _was_ invesitaged -unless the support lies-, uninstallations and reinstallations has been made. And the problem occured through many updates of the client, even on a new computer with a fresh windows install. So tell me again why a 16x16 icon should use 10% GPU time without doing ANYTHING? Lets say you are not abusing other peoples computing power, why hasn't the problem been fixed after first reporting? It can't be that hard to find while testing a new dev version. As a reference, Firefox uses less than 5-8% gpu while playing youtube, facebook and other heavy sites in the same browser, and in full screen, compared to the CG client using more than 10% GPU while inactive and minimized to the system tray. Now matter how transparent you say you are, I don't trust you. And as I said to your support back then, I won't renew my subscription. Even with NordVPN's recent password leak, I would rather be a customer there than at CG.

This is by far & away the best VPN service I have ever used. The connection is always stable and secure and keeps my web surfing completely protected from the prying eyes of my ISP and other nasty individuals & corporations. The sole time I had to contact Customer Service concerning extending my subscription under a special offer, the service was excellent. I now have a subscription until 7/11/2021 & consider that is proof enough of how good Cyberghost is. If you haven't already got a subscription and are with another inferior VPN provider, you're cheating yourself. The server list in numerous countries is ever increasing and I can't rate Cyberghost highly enough. If you haven't got it, then get it!
