I went with them cause they are low cost + unlimited user access Got 2 years plan and was optimistic but 4 months in, I have faced slow speed and sometimes connection lost but it was fine I accepted that with the low cost thing but then I got a message saying my service is terminated due to violation of terms, I tried to speak with support and I was shocked cause I was clueless what happened they were no where close to supportive, just threw the same words and said Bye. Waste of money 0/10

Solved my problem for Netflix connection in less than 5 minutes. I am a 2 year subscriber and for now a very happy customer.

The on off London VPN is once again not working. Surfshark continues to operated a partial service without compensation or assistance. No reply to service query.

I asked for a refund and they told me that two days later they were going to contact me, the two days passed and I had no news, I contact me again and they tell me that the usual thing is that the refund is made after 10 days. More than 10 days went by and no news. I contacted for the third time and they tell me that they did not have any request for reimbursement. And they ask me to wait another 2 days to see what is happening. Both the VPN service and the support suck. As if it were not enough all the time you are wasted, David, who attended me in the support answers badly and sarcastically. Pedí un reembolso y me dijeron que a los dos días me iban a contactar, pasaron los dos días y no tuve noticias, vuelvo a contactarme y me dicen que lo usual es que el rembolso se realice a los 10 días. Pasaron mas de esos 10 días y sin novedades. Me contacté por tercera vez y me dicen que no tenían ninguna petición de rembolso. Y me piden que espere otros 2 días para ver que esta pasando. Tanto el servicio de VPN como el soporte apestan. Como si fuera poco todo el tiempo que te hacen perder, David, quien me atendió en el soporte contesta de mala manera y sarcásticamente.

Surfshark is the BEST VPN that I have used since 5 years, it has the fastest speed, it can easily unblock China internet. And at the same time it has the lowest price. I will definitely stick with Surfshark. Great job to Surfshark team! Thank you!

Been really happy so far, great speeds very little issue with bbc iplayer, none whatsoever with nextflix, really disappointed that amazon prime video doesn't work on Mobile devices, only on desktops, as I don't use laptops I'll be without this when am away, not tested spotify or Amazon music yet
